Week 1

• What design thinking process did I do this week?

I was thinking about what kind of idea my team would choose.

• How are these related?

They are related to meet our end goal.

• What was produced? What is next?

We came up with many ideas, from Breaking Birds (a Breaking Bad parody), Angry Beavers, Tumblr Social Justice Warriors and etc.  We must next choose our final idea and start creating a backstory for it.

• How well did I work in the team this week in terms of my quality & my timeliness (effectiveness & efficiency)?

Unsure since it was my first time meeting most of them. Our mind sets seemed similar so there wasn't any arguments or clashing personalities. 

• How well did my team work in terms of:

• Completing tasks on time?

We finished making an apparatus before the desired date but we still don't have a main idea to choose.

• Completing tasks to the desired quality?

We finished the apparatus which worked well. The quality of our ideas are good but its the matter of choosing one that works for all of us.

• Working with one another (behavior was supportive, decision making fair)?

As said before our mind set and personalities seemed similar so none of us had any clashes.

• How could my team be more effective?
