Week 2

• What design thinking process did I do this week?

 I was thinking of what idea we were going to choose out of our said ideas and what kind of modifications can be made to our apparatus

• How are these related?

 They are related to our end goal of our final idea and device.

• What was produced? What is next?

 We finally decided on our idea and made a few adjustments to our apparatus. Our idea we decided upon was Web Browsers with IE being the main character and Safari, Firefox and Chrome being the antagonists we also decided to adjust out apparatus with a stand to give it more of an angle when we shoot. Our next step is getting our speech together and who would be speaking for what part.

• How well did I work in the team this week in terms of my quality & my timeliness (effectiveness & efficiency)?

 I believe I did a reasonable amount of work. I arrived for the team meeting and gave my opinions on the idea and helped build a prototype stand for the device. I could have been more effective by coming up with some more ideas before arriving instead of brainstorming when we had the meeting.

• How well did my team work in terms of:

 The team worked very well, we all listened to eachothers input and we dont have any conflicting views.

• Completing tasks on time?

 We completed our task relatively quickly and finished our apparatus the week before we had to do it.

• Completing tasks to the desired quality?

 We were able to finish our tasks quickly but we weren't perfectly happy with the current quality so we improved some of the results. i.e. the apparatus was a bit wobbly so we strengthened it. We came up with a few settings for the game but wanted it to be more smooth so we came up with some more etc.

• Working with one another (behavior was supportive, decision making fair)?

 I believe I worked well with my team mates. We support each others ideas and follow on decision by majority but we all have a common mindset so there is not any arguing.

• How could my team be more effective?

We could be more effective with communication. We communicate via Facebook but sometimes we don't respond to the posts that we make and only respond when we see each other, which is once a week.
